Raymond Jean Baptiste Gougaud, in Occitan Ramon Gogaud, (born in Carcassonne on 9 May 1928, died in that city on 26 September 1996) was an Occitan writer and activist. Raymond Gougaud was a postal employee. He was a corresponding member of the Academy of Arts and Sciences of Carcassonne.
