Condition : good, binding somewhat poor (rubbed, some scuffing, corners bumped, some loss of leather, small lateral loss to first board), annotations to title and some biographical notes concerning the author on first blank page, first 4 leaves with minor defects to lateral margin, about half of pages with faint traces of moisture in upper and lower margins, pp. 193 - 281 minimal wormhole marks in inner margin, a few small scattered spots, foxing on pp. 613/614 and 619/620, 2 leaves with small lateral tear. Overall a good clean copy. 
Illustrations : title in red and black with woodcut marking, headbands and ornamental letters.
